We are working to provide 150,000 good paying jobs to young Liberians by the year 2034.
Our mission is to provide globally in demand job skills to young Liberians across several sectors of the economy, provide good-paying jobs, and change their lives for the better.
Our vision is to lift 1.5 million Liberians out of poverty by providing 150,000 good paying jobs to young Liberians in the next 10 years across the IT, insurance, agriculture, education, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. According to our research, each good paying job in Liberia indirectly helps to lift at least 10 people out of poverty. Therefore, we could lift 1.5 million people out of poverty and create a better Liberia, by providing 150,000 good paying jobs.
We started in June 2021 with just two employees working remotely on data entry projects. In December 2021, we moved into our current office in VOA Community, Paynesville, Montserrado County, Liberia. Two years later, a total of 700 plus young people have applied for our training program. In addition, we have been able to provide globally in demand job skills and provide good-paying jobs to many young people. Thanks to Minzo, many young people have been lifted out of poverty and have hope again.
